2019-2020 SOE Endowed Scholarship Application - Continuing EdD Program Students

Please complete the following scholarship application form to be considered for an SOE Endowed Scholarship for the 2019-2020 academic year. This form is to be completed ONLY by continuing students in the Doctor of Education program (EdD). To be considereed a continuing students in the Doctor of Education program (EdD). To be considered a continuing student, you must have completed one or more semester in the program.

Applicants are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and an SOE Planned Enrollment Form with this application to be considered. The deadline to submit this scholarship form, the required FASFA form and the SOE planned enrollment form is March 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST. Applications received after this date and time stamp will not be considered.
