JHU School of Education Application Fee Waiver Verification Form

The Johns Hopkins University School of Education approves application fee waivers for current and former members of the following organizations.

AmeriCorp Alumni
Gates Millennium Scholars Program (GMS)
McNair Scholars Program
The National Name Exchange
U.S. Armed Services/Military
U.S. Peace Corp.

To verify your eligibility an application fee waiver, you are asked to submit documentation of your affiliation in the from of an official organization letter on letterhead or official form -US Military may submit (i.e., DD214, a copy of active orders, official military ID, or military transcript.) Please complete our Application Fee Waiver Verification Form and upload your official participation/affiliation which contains your dates of participation.
